These pole-arms bear fairly standard design for what they are, though the heads are made from matte-black Nogese ceramics, known as Cervit, and magically treated to withstand impacts, while being incredibly light-weight. The 9-foot shafts are made of the same material, and threaded so that they may be broken down into three three-foot sections for easier storage and transport.

These pole-arms function identically to a standard Bill-Guisarme. They count as a magical weapon for determining what creatures can be harmed by them.

A dozen of these weapons were found, broken-down, in a crate on the bottom level of the Nogese Deep Carbon Observatory beneath Phlan.
