Drinking this elixir causes the loss of all but 1d4 points of Charisma (Appearance} for 3d12 hours. The character polymorphs into a creature resembling a large, slimy humanoid toad. The humanoid, complete with warts and a repulsive odor, is capable of all normal activities, and otherwise has all of the abilities of the original imbiber.
