Ruins of Adventure
Ersae
Name: E’rsae, Goddess of Rumour and Gossip
Symbol: A flaming ear
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Said to be a half-divine bastard child of Oghma, the god of knowledge, E’rsae is the patron goddess of all who delight in the exchange and interpretation of rumours. A native of the material plane, her form is as ephemeral as the half-truths and falsities she whispers with a rich honeyed tone. She appears as a youthful coquet in the morning, a hearty dame after noon, and a cackling crone after dusk.
She is often invoked off-handedly by those who gossip a lot (“This all belongs to E’rsae, but have you heard…”), and may be invoked more directly by those in search of information that would only be available on the streets.
