The transmuted creature becomes more poised, articulate, and personally forceful. The spell grants a +4 bonus to the target’s Charisma score (including both his Leadership and Appearance sub-scores). This affects all Charisma-based proficiency checks and ability checks, and new NPC reaction rolls. This change in Charisma does not change NPC reactions or loyalty retroactively. It must be cast prior to rolling for NPC reactions (i.e. prior to contact with a given NPC) in order to have any effect.
